Full English, the Albion. London. Poached eggs were perfect, soft but cooked and wonderfully shapely. The bacon was offered as back or streaky, was of high quality, porky and lightly smoked. Sausage was also enjoyable, flavourful and meaty. Half a grilled plum tomato was fine, if unremarkable. Black pudding was…different. Small, no fat at all, mainly seemed to be oats. I prefer a thicker pudding with a lot more blood matter and pieces of fat in it. I would definitely swap this out in future. The beans are homemade…pleasant but seems rather pointless when Heinz would probably have gone down better. Overall, very good and worth the £8 for a “posh” full english. 8/10
